Printing and dyeing wastewater refers to the residual dyeing liquid, rinsing water and pretreatment (such as scouring, degumming, desizing, etc.) during the dyeing or printing and dyeing process, as well as the mixed wastewater from the finishing process, which contains a certain amount of harmful substances and colored wastewater. In 2019, this printing and dyeing factory in Suzhou used Yosemitech's Y4000 multi-parameter sonde(temperature, DO, pH, turbidity, conductivity) and UV254 COD sensor in the wastewater pool. In addition, it was equipped with Yosemitech's pipe network water quality monitoring system, which is solar-powered and can achieve real-time automatic monitoring of 6 water quality indicators in the wastewater pool of the printing and dyeing factory, enabling timely grasp of the water quality status in the wastewater pool, understanding the water quality change patterns, and providing decision-making support for wastewater treatment work.
